DHARMA NADARAJAH, CEO Dharma Nadarajah was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of MDSPlus on 3rd February 2025.
Dharma has 30 years of deep industry experience and insight. Prior to joining MDSPlus Dharma served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of the KLSE-listed ATA Group for almost 3 years, where he oversaw a major shift in the company’s strategy and business direction. He instituted multiple new initiatives including the setting up of a development and engineering focused organization. Before ATA, he served as Executive Vice President at SGX-listed Venture Corporation for more than 20 years where he was responsible for various functions such as Operations, Design Services, Program and Customer Management, and Business Development. Dharma’s early career was in the Disk-Drive industry where he was a Process Engineer at Seagate Corp and subsequently Engineering Manager at Quantum Corp.
Dharma has a solid and proven record in terms of financial results and growth when leading both large and small business units. Over the span of his career, he has also built strong customer relationships with many of the world’s most successful and innovative electronics and technology-based companies. Under his leadership, the organizations he served received numerous partnership and operational-excellence accolades and awards from their customers. Dharma is a strong advocate of Business Systems, Continuous Improvement and People Development.
Dharma holds a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering (Hons) degree from the University of Bristol, UK, where he attended as a Malaysian Government scholar. He also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nanyang Technological University, where he was the Institute of Engineers Singapore gold medalist. Recently, out of personal interest, Dharma obtained a Certificate in Blockchain Technologies from the Sloan School of Management, MIT. Dharma is an avid sports enthusiast and played badminton and hockey competitively in his younger days. He now counts pickleball as one of his favorite pastimes.
